pronunciation ( This varies from speakers to speakers. A person from Manchester will have a different pronunciation from a person from London City).vocabulary ( This also varies. For example, a person from the U.S will say French fries and a person from England will say chips).grammar ( Some words may also differ in a sentence. " He do not want it." is said in substandard English , and " He does not want it." is said in standard English).
These options will not say anything about a character because they are universal elements in language. Everybody uses them.
