You will complete Page 44 of your Work text utled Subjects and Predicates. If you rememoer, we worked on subjects
predicates before Review how a sentence has two parts the subject and the predicate
The direction states that a complete subject must be identified and underlined once A complete predicate must be
identified and underlined twice. You do that with the three given sentences
Example. The black bear ate all of the blackberries.
The black bear is the complete subject so you will draw a line underneath all those words one time
ate all of the blackbemes is the complete predicate so you will draw two lines underneath all those words
The second part of the assignment is the paragraph If you read it you will notice that there are missing subjects or
predicates You insert or write in the missing part of the sentence when you are done editing the paragrach should
make sense
