Induction To book onto an induction day, email Marie Hono. After your induction day, you also need to complete our statutory online training courses for Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity, and Fire Protection. To complete the online training, click on the link from our staff home page and follow the instructions of how to proceed. All statutory training needs to be completed before the three months’ review date. If training is not completed by this date, an action plan will be put in place. Failure to adhere to the action plan by the six months' review will lead to further action being taken. a) An action plan will be put in place at the six months review followed by possible further action. b) An action plan to be completed by the three months review followed by further action before the six months review. c) Auto-enrolled onto the induction day to complete the statutory training. d) An action plan will be put in place at the three months review and further action take, if necessary, at the six months review.
