I'm just reaching out to you and sending my best wishes to your family. We had a discussion on this previously, but I know that you're interested in staying healthy and I wanted to share some info on what works best for me in hopes that it'll help you in some way. The two key ways I keep my mind, body, and soul in pique condition are #1. Push ups. Whenever you've got some free time, bust a couple of reps out baby! All you need is the floor and your arms and you're good to go. You're welcome. Now you won't get bored in a line at the supermarket or be wondering what to do while you wait at a mechanic's shop during a quick fix for your car, the possibilities are endless. Now the next way is #2. Meditation. This one takes a bit more focus and you'll want to find a nice and quiet spot to be able to do this activity. Say goodbye to stress though, this activity will change your mind on life. It's a useful tool for you to use and if you don't find it helpful for your mental state then I'm a fraud and you should uninvite me from Cindy's party next month.
