- getting onto a sports team or club
- birth/death of a family member
- a book/movie/tv show that impacted you
- something someone said to you
- a really hard choice you had to make
- watching yourself or someone else go through something hard
- a trip or experience that moved you deeply
- a series of small events that really changed you over time
- if you’re religious, then a religious experience that was impactful
