I have some news to share with you: I'm going to spend a year in Bristol as an exchange student and after considering the options, I've decided I would like to rent a flat. Do you think you could help me to find one?

I would like a small flat, with my own bedroom and a kitchen, I'd also like it to have a living room (it doesn't have to be too big) and a bathroom for myself. I don't mind sharing it with other students but I would like to have both these spaces (the bedroom and the bathroom) for myself. I would also like it to be close to the school.
