Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
(1) Finding time in the morning for a good breakfast can be difficult. (2) Breakfast, however, is one of the most important meals of the day. (3) If you’re on the run every morning, try this quick and easy smoothie to get you going!
Ingredients:
1/2 banana
2/3 cup strawberries
3 ice cubes
1/3 cup plain, fat-free yogurt
(4) Put all of the ingredients in a blender. (5) Place the lid firmly on the top of the blender. (6) Blend together ingredients for 45–60 seconds, until mixture is smooth. (7) Pour the contents of the blender into a travel mug for a healthy breakfast on the go!
