I was struggling with anxiety that was about to turn into depression. I was afraid to talk about it, since i had always been veiwed as the strong child in our family. However, my best friend knew something was wrong, and asked me every day to talk to her about it. I finally started opening up to her, and she helped me get through it. My paeents still don't know. " in order to illustrate that this type of suffering is unimaginable. the word "express" denoted that the state of a suffering soul is required to be described by any person, but it would not happen because no one can imagine how this suffering is felt.
