Juno cast a spell on her that changed her  physical structure completely. She developed large, clumsy hands with claws, and her body was covered with black hairs. She frightened all those who met her, but she remained a lonely and timid woman. She confined herself to the woods. She could not accept the fact that she was completely different. She withdrew herself completely and even fled from the wild animals.
