Why do logic and reason fail to explain that which is true?

Because logic and reason can make people think of different things, depending on how their brain is taking the material in. There may be many reasons why something might work, or why something may not work. The thing is that logic and reason is different for every individual. It varies by the way their brain functions towards the material.
