The internet is a distraction on some aspects. most internet is used for social media, and people use social media for most hours of their day, rather they should be spending their time with their family, lover, and schoolwork, because life is too short and (god forbid this doesn’t happen) one of your relatives could die tomorrow, and you’ll say “I wish I spent more time with that person” when you could have if you wouldn’t have stayed on that phone for the whole day. internet is good on some other aspects such as: online tutoring, e-books, apps that benefit both mentally and physically, etc.
