There are many facts that can prove that playing video games beneficial. Here are some valid reasons.

Video games can help hand-eye coordination. It can also lengthen attention span. Video games can also teach your brain to make choices faster. Some can teach your brain how to multitask. They may improve both working memory and rapid decision-making abilities. Some are good for medical reasons. It has been suggested that playing games can decrease depression by reducing anxiety. There is some evidence that they improve the eyesight of the visually impaired and help players increase their ability to visually detect the direction of movement. Readers can take some good evidence from this and be able to tell if some video games are good for them.
