The country of Wales is considering banning the corporal punishment, the use of physical force with the intention of causing a child to experience pain for the purpose of correcting behavior or asserting control. If Wales goes ahead with the ban, the country will become the 54th nation to pass such a law.

Yes it should be outlawed. for one corporal punishment isn't punishment it is abuse, and people know they shouldn't be doing it because it always requires them to have a little privacy. you don't just walk around these days and see people tied up to a tree getting hit with a sledge hammer or somebody hitting another with a whip, that's just not how those work out.
