You and 99 other students survived a plane crash that killed ALL of the adults and completely destroyed the plane itself, leaving nothing for you to be able to salvage from the wreckage. Assume 20% of survivors are ages 15-17, 20% are ages 13-14, 20% are ages 10-12, and 40% are under the age of 10 – the youngest survivor is 6 years old, the oldest is 17! Though you are all students you do NOT all know one another!

Devise an effective system of government or administrative leadership that will be put in place for the survivors until you are rescued. Remember, you know 20% of survivors are ages 15-17, 20% are ages 13-14, 20% are ages 10-12, and 40% are under the age of 10 – the youngest survivor is 6 years old, the oldest is 17! What form of government would work best and why? What if the first form fails - then what?
