I would personally start off with what you have been doing like for example if you make art talk about what you made, how you made it, etc. Also if you started cooking, baking, making music, learning a new skill, the list can go on and on. It is good to use a lot of details while writing a paragraph to make up for extra space in the paragraph and for extra sentences. If you go extremely hard on details even small ones you will hit 7 sentences fast.
