When Lincoln says the nation was "so conceived and so dedicated” what is he

We are here today to dedicate a part of this battlefield as a cemetery for the
soldiers who died here.
This war is to see if the United
States, with its ideas of liberty, (or any other country with ideas of liberty) can
stay united
and not fall apart when it goes through difficulties.
The reason for the new nation was freedom. The main idea for the nation was
that all men are created equal
The war was born in freedom and will soon be dedicated to fighting for freedom
