Do large dogs eat more than small dogs?

This will vary depending on the dog type.

I have a dog myself (Golden Retriever), and it's all about food (1 year old, still considered a puppy). My dog is all about food and will do anything for food.

Now, regarding that, if we apply this to our question, this varies.

Let's say, in this case that humans are dogs.

A baby, would keep eating, as kids get older they are more likely to eat since they are still growing.

Adults on the other hand eat less, most of them follow; Breakfast, Lunch & dinner. Baby and kids eat almost double than adults.

If we apply this information, we can conclude that small dogs eat more than large dogs.

Vet's actually suggest that large dogs // adult dogs should be fed 2 times a day.

As puppy's should eat 3-4 times a day.
