Why does lincoln reference this portion of the declaration of independence in the gettysburg address?

when in the second paragraph fourth sentence it says "if youre" it should be "if you're"

it is very normal for dogs to do such things as ripping stuffing out of their beds, toys, pillows, couches. really anything. i had three dogs who thought they would love to chew up their bed, after a few days or so it came out in their waste. the coloration is differnt of their waste, but they are fine, still eat, play, drink, normal. its nothing to worry about.
