How do "i sit and look out" and "first they came " compare in terms of tone and mood? how do these elements support the theme of each poem?

First we have to understand the difference between the tone and the mood of a poem. The tone is the volume of the poem and the mood is the feeling. After reading both excerpts I can conclude the the tone and mood of both is calm with a mood of sorrow. These elements support the theme of each poem by making the reader empathize with the poem.

Ialways thought that he thought it wasn’t fair because he thinks that people should be able to experience things and think outside of the box, or see color and add brightness and happiness to their lives but idk.
