(1) being a member of the columbia middle school soccer team is a positive and fun experience. (2) i joined the soccer team two years ago, and i have been a member ever since. (3) i have learned a lot. (4) before i started on the team, i enjoyed doing projects by myself and did not appreciate others' opinions. (5) after participating on the team, however, i have learned to value my teammates. (6) being on the team has also me to get much needed physical activity. (9) it won two out of the three past state championships. (10) although winning two championships was rewarding, i believe making friends and being physically fit are the two most important benefits of playing on the team.
