dear alexa, i miss you so much. i don't even see you anymore and it's sad. anyhoo, it's fithur eid here in the maldives as we know. my parents were so busy running from one shop to another to find a new dress for me and my little sister to wear for the special occasion. they eventually found a pair of blue jeans for me and my little sister. as for the dresses they were bought in Male. I got a hot pink top with a heart on it and it said 'BARBIE!' it was so gorgeous! i immediately fell in love with it. my sister got a few tops too.

when it was evening, we watched as men were drumming in the street, singing songs and enjoying themselves just like they always did. at nighttime we watched as they lit the bonefire. It was a great day! i got to show out my new top and jeans and it was so much fun. i even saw a bunch of my best friends. i even went to an eid show that night!
