By self-monitoring myself, I respected others and kept my temper to myself. When everything was ready, we sat down and ate together.

2.) I went early to the morning to school. When I came in my class a tall kid started to make fun of me. He kept on bullying me and called me names. I was mad and angry as hot as a boiling kettle ready to steam out. But by self-monitoring myself, I relaxed and kept my temper to myself. When my teacher came, I told everything what happened.
