b. there is more reactant than product.
c. a product is removed or escapes.
d. their activation energy increases.

As product is removed, its concentration is lowered. Your reactants are going to continue reaction to reach the equilibrium concentration of product. A system will continue to be in equilibrium when the concentration of the reactants and products are maintained (as well as temperature).
