Lower crime rates: Low earning of the lowly who previously inhabitet an area undergoing gentrification makes them engage in social crimes, after gentrification, wealthy people occupy the area leading to a decline in crimes.Better social ammenities replace the previous ones, ranging from water, malls and so forth.
