Essay writing is a way of communicating your opinion in writing. In this case, i am of the opinion that it is better to succeed as a part of a team rather than individually.

The intention of an essay is to communicate your ideas as clearly as possible. An essay is a piece of writing that addresses a particular issue. In this case the issue is whether or not, it is better to succeed individually or as part of a team.

You can begin this essay in the first paragraph by introducing what team work means. Explain what it means to be a good team player. In my own opinion, it is better to succeed as part of a team.

In the next paragraph, you can highlights the importance of team work. Show that primitive societies were built on the principle of shared existence and this led to a better society in ancient times.

Contrast this scenario with the issues that result from the individualism model of today's society. Show that the rising rates of vices in the society could be curbed if we returned to the principle of shared existence that once existed.

In the next paragraph you can also highlight the benefits of team work on a person;

The concluding paragraph should encourage the readers to believe that when people succeed as part of a team, the success achieved leads to greater fulfillment than success achieved individually.

On the other hand, when you succeed as part of a team, you have a lot of people to share that experience with. You might also be able to draw a bigger crowd to celebrate with you. A success might bring you closer to your teammates. However, you might not be able to enjoy the totality of the rewards that the success brings.
