Kristina has finished high school and has decided to enter the cis program. she does not have any experience with computers other than for personal/recreational use. one of kristina’s goals is increase her knowledge about the technology field, so she can graduate and get a good job.

1. Kristina should have a friend in the CIS program help her get started with the basics

2. Kristina should dedicate one hour a night to focus solely on the CIS program so she can have a knowledgeable understanding of it before pursuing it as a career.

you can change by someone having a negative opinon of you in many ways for example thi can lead to depression and taking of ones life also known as sucide this effects there self esteem and ego in a negative way making them feel sad depressed and stressed causing them to act gloomy and sad if this continuses this can lead to self harm or much worse things.
