If you had just cooked it half an hour ago, calmly, you would be eating right now, satisfying your stomach without suffering.
A simple decision can change a simple future. A lot of simple decisions can change a complex future. If you spend less money on unnecessary sneakers today, you will have some extra to buy that cell phone tomorrow - or to help you in an emergency, in case one ever happens. If you study a little more today instead of spending hours watching videos online, your tests will seem easier. Little by little, with small decisions, you can achieve discipline.
