4 commercial breaks = 3 minutes long = 12 minutes (60-12 = 48)

3 teasers = 1 minute long = 3 minutes (48-3 = 45)

5 transitions = 1 minute long = 5 minutes (45 - 5 = 40)

5 blocks = 8 minutes long = 40 minutes (40 - 40 = 0)
