Second of all, although it claims several times that the facts it provides are scientifical, very rarely it names the name of the study, the authors or the institution that has run the study that backs those facts. When scientist make claims based on the research they have conducted, they always make available their data and method for others scientist to run the same research or a different one in case they don't agree with the results.

Although it contains some logical facts that seem to make sense at first glance, it contains some exaggerations like "water is a safe and cheap remedy for a lot of the health conditions that we face in our everyday lives".

I think that the consequences of using a source that is not credible vary. If you are a student, you probably would fail in a project with no credible sources. If you are a politician or a scientist, to make such type of claims would alter the lives of millions. An example of this that has had major consequences is the vaccine case. In the '80, a scientist proclaimed that vaccines increases the danger of developing autism. Although this was proved wrong, nowadays a lot of parents choose not to vaccinate their kids because of that proclaim, and there has been eruptions of dangerous diseases that had been eradicated because of the vaccines.
