In order to understand archetypes think of your favorite type of movie. what do movies in this genre have in common? for example in horror movies the monster seems dead at some point but is still alive

Archetypes can be defined as things that are used as typical examples or in other words, unoriginal ideas that are widely used. We usually refer to them as cliche's.

In the horror genre, other archetypes that I can think is just before the movie ends, the villain/ghost/monster appears indicating that it's not yet the end of the story for our antagonists. Archetypes are used because it has been a tradition or trademark of, in this case, horror films.

for this, you need to remember something significant in your own life, for example, if you were bullied when you were younger, you can mention your memories on this and touch on how such treatment can harm other kids your age either physically or mentally. (racism, car crashes, a parent in the hospital are all very good subjects, think hard on it! )
