Who is wellington? and how did he die?

If you're talking about Arthur Wellesley, 1st Duke of Wellington, he was an Anglo-Irish soldier and statesman who was one of the leading military and political figures of 19th-century Britain, serving twice as Prime Minister. He later died on September 14, 1852, Walmer Castle, Walmer; the United Kingdom due to a stroke.
