Hamlet's madness is attributed by Gertrude,  his own mother, Queen of Denmark and widow of the late King, to the death of his father, option 1. Polonious's mind tells him that the reason of his madness is due to Ophelia's rejection of Hamlet's love, option 3. Claudius believes that his distemper obeys the disappointment at not being named king after his father's death, option 4. And, his beloved friends Rosencrantz and Guildernstern think Hamlet's madness is being caused by his father death and the ensuing hasty marriage, option 2.

the negative way that it shaped life was by having a feudal system where only the nobles and the christian church while it was oppressive to the peasants and specially to women. the positive way that it shape life is by introducing the artisan class when the feudal system fell. it change the attitudes towards religion and it also introduced what was known as knightly chivalry.
