If you don't know what happens at the end, let me just give you a quick summary. Juliet pretends to be dead and sends a letter to Romeo so that he knows the truth. The problem is that Romeo never receives the letter and kills himself because he can't take the saddness. Moments later, Juliet wakes up and finds Romeo dead and kills herself out of grief. This line foreshadows waht will happen because Romeo comes to Juliet's tomb and kills himself, in other words he dies.
