hi, I am a beginner trying to build a desk that can move up and down electrically like using a button to control the motors which will have an up and down motion but I don't know what do I add to the motor to make it have an up and down motion and where to get the stuff. I prefer if I got the stuff from amazon of course except for the actual desk. and how should i connect the motor to the button to make it move up and downi would really appreciate your help as iv been wanting to build something for a long time btw i am 14
