Sinh viên tự thiết kế 1 công trình nhà ở quy mô axb, 3 tầng, sân trước 2m, sân sau 1,5m; có các phòng chức năng như sau:
Tầng 1 : sân trước, phong khách, bếp + ăn, Wc, sân sau.
Tầng 2: Ban công, 2 phòng ngủ, 2 Wc.
Tầng 3: Ban công, Phòng thờ phía trước, phòng giặt + Wc phía sau, sân phơi.
Trong đó a: chiều ngang nhà, b: chiều dài nhà.
a=5;b=20 cho sinh viên có MSSV cuối là số chẵn.
a=6; b=18 cho sinh viên có MSSV cuối là số lẽ.
• NỘI DUNG THỰC HIỆN:
1. Vẽ mặt bằng bố trí cấp thoát nước các tầng1,2,3.
2. Vẽ sơ đồ cấp thoát của công trình.
3. Vẽ sơ đồ bơm cấp nước cải tiến cho công trình.
4. Vẽ mặt bằng, mặt cắt bể tự hoại cho công trình trên.
5. Vẽ mặt bằng bố trí thiết bị điện các tầng 1,2,3 ( đèn, quạt, máy lạnh, ổ cắm, công
tắc…v. v.).
6. Vẽ sơ đồ đơn dây cấp điện cho công trình
