Consider a laminar flow in a 1 cm diameter tube. The flow rate is 1.2 X 10-3 kg/s, the fluid is an organic fluid with properties of Pr = 10, density = 800 kg/m3, heat capacity = 2.1 KJ/kg. K, thermal conductivity = K = 0.1 W/m. K and viscosity µ = 0.0007 Pa. S. the heat flux on the wall is fixed at 7000 W/m2. Plot and calculate the surface temperature and mean fluid temperature along the x axis. Tube length is 1 m. The inlet fluid temperature is uniform with 8 C.
