Project: Write a Project Charter
Many food products are the results of extensive research, development, and engineering. What may appear to be a simple fruit juice is actually the result of many tests to get the right balance of ingredients for taste, calories, and other specifications. Imagine you have been approached by the president of a large supermarket to develop a new food product for the store. You will write a one-page project charter based on a food you would like to invent. You may work with a group of students to develop a project charter or develop one on your own .
Assignment Directions
The one-page project charter should contain the checklist and pertinent sections. The charter will include a proposed budget and a schedule to make one sample of the product. The information can be based on online research or information you gather from food labels at a grocery store.
Assignment Guidelines
Using the information from your research, the project charter should contain the following information:
Executive summary
Project overview
Objectives
Project team
Constraints
Assumptions
Deliverables
Schedule
Budget
Authorization
Submission Requirements
Use standard English and write full phrases or sentences. Do not use texting abbreviations or other shortcuts.
Make the information easy to understand.

Liquid flows at steady state at a rate of 2 lb/'s through a pump, which operates to raise the elevation of the liquid 100 ft from control volume inlet to exit. the liquid specific enthalpy at the inlet is 40.09 btu/lb and at the exit is 40.94 btub. the pump requires 3 btu/s of power to operate. if kinetic energy effects are negligible and gravitational acceleration is 32.174 tt/s, the heat transfer rate associated with this steady state process is most closely 1)-2,02 btu/s from the liquid to the surroundings 2)-3.98 btu/s from the surroundings to the liquid. 3)-4.96 btu/s from the surroundings to the liquid. 4)-1.04 btu/s from the liquid to the surroundings.

Afan that can provide air speeds up to 60 m/s is to be used in a low-speed wind tunnel with atmospheric air at 35 c. if one wishes to use the wind tunnel to study flat-plate boundary layer behavior up to reynolds numbes of re 10, what is the minimum plate length that should be used? at what distance from the leading edge would transition occur if the critical reynolds nurnber were rer, e = 5 Ć 105?
