The old Atlas rockets that sent man to the moon were what's called a three-stage rocket. That is, it was really three rockets mounted on top of the other. The first stage would start the burn at liftoff, and when it was out of gas, it dropped off the rest of the rocket. Then the second stage would start to burn. When it was done, it dropped off, and the third stage would take over. When the third stage was burned out it would drop off and only the space capsule, which only had enough fuel to steer itself would be left.

Design each stage such that the rocket could
1) Achieve orbit around the earth, and
2) Go to the moon

Write a program that will for each second of the flight, record the distance from earth and velocity of the rocket. Bear in mind that as the rocket burns fuel it gets lighter. When the rocket sheds a stage, it gets lighter still As the rocket gains altitude, the effects of gravity become smaller. For this exercise, neglect drag or the weight of the astronauts.
