3. A fountain consists of a pool of water, an inlet pipe under the water that is connected to a pump and a vertical discharge pipe that discharges water from the pump in a jet. The diameter of the discharge pipe is 4.00 cm. The water rises to a height of 15.0 mabove the surface of the pool and then falls back to the pool. Friction can be neglected.
