Write a fully commented matlab script that will allow the user to practice basic multiplication ("2s" through "12s"). the script should use both for and while loops.

prompt the user to select an integer value between 2 and 12, inclusive. if the user does not enter an integer value or if the the value entered is not in the specified range, the program should provide the user with a message and then return them to the original prompt.

game mode 1: randomly generate successive, unique (e. g. non-repeating) multiplication problems that involve multiplying the integer selected in the previous step by an integer value between 2 and 12, inclusive.

as soon as the user enters an incorrect answer, the script should stop generating problems and output the following information:

you correctly answered __ multiplication problems in a row involving __s.

where the number of correctly answered problems appears in the first blank and the integer the user selected in the first step appears in the second blank.

game mode 2: randomly generates 10 unique (e. g. non-repeating) multiplication problems that involve multiplying the integer selected in the previous step by an integer value between 2 and 12, inclusive, after which the following report should be displayed in the command window.

you correctly answered __ out of __ problems %) involving __s.

the number of correctly answered problems appears in the first blank, the total number of problems appears in the second blank, the percentages of problems answered correctly appears in the third blank, and the integer the user selected in step 1 appears in the last blank.

after completing a round of the game, the user should have the option to play another round or quit the game.

Apump is used to circulate hot water in a home heating system. water enters the well-insulated pump operating at steady state at a rate of 0.42 gal/min. the inlet pressure and temperature are 14.7 lbf/in.2, and 180°f, respectively; at the exit the pressure is 60 lbf/in.2 the pump requires 1/15 hp of power input. water can be modeled as an incompressible substance with constant density of 60.58 lb/ft3 and constant specific heat of 1 btu/lb or. neglecting kinetic and potential energy effects, determine the temperature change, in °r, as the water flows through the pump.

Refrigerant-134a enters the compressor of a refrigerator as superheated vapor at 0.14 mpa and -10°c at a rate of 0.05 ka/s and leaves at 0.8 mpa and 50°c. the refrigerant is cooied in the condenser to 0.72 mpa and 26'c. it is then throttled to 0.15 mpa. sketch the t-s diagram for the system and evaluate: 6) the rate of heat removai from the refrigerated space (kw), it) the power input to the compressor (kw), ii) the isentropic efficiency of the compressor (%), and iv) the cop of the refrigerator.

Liquid flows at steady state at a rate of 2 lb/'s through a pump, which operates to raise the elevation of the liquid 100 ft from control volume inlet to exit. the liquid specific enthalpy at the inlet is 40.09 btu/lb and at the exit is 40.94 btub. the pump requires 3 btu/s of power to operate. if kinetic energy effects are negligible and gravitational acceleration is 32.174 tt/s, the heat transfer rate associated with this steady state process is most closely 1)-2,02 btu/s from the liquid to the surroundings 2)-3.98 btu/s from the surroundings to the liquid. 3)-4.96 btu/s from the surroundings to the liquid. 4)-1.04 btu/s from the liquid to the surroundings.
