What does the predicted mean vote (pmv) represent?

 The predicted mean vote basically use in the evaluation measurement of thermal comfort. It is the difference between the heat loss and the heat production internally in the environment.

It basically predict and represent the average vote for the large group of persons under the condition of input and it is also adopted as international standard organization (ISO).

PMV is the seven point scaling process that is use in the comfort survey.
