What do you believe is the most important aspect or criteria for developing and validating an effective response plan? why do you see this as the most important aspect? is there any literature to support your response? provide the reference or citationthat supports your position. the criteria for developing and validating an effective response plan includes seven (6) steps as outlined below:
1. acceptability - the plan must anticipate scenarios which are consistent with applicable laws.
2. adequacy – the plan must comply with all applicable planning guidance from fema, homeland security, etc.
3. completeness – the plan must incorporate major actions, objectives and tasks.
4. consistency and standardization of products – the plan must be consistent with all other related documents.
5. feasibility – the plan must include feasible tasks to be accomplished with the resources that are available.
6. flexibility – the plan must be flexible enough to include accommodate all hazards and contingency plan.
