I believe the correct answer is: D. You will earn more income during your career. Usually jobs pay more qualified individuals more for a job than someone with less experience, This also enables you to have a broader range of jobs that you can take as lets say some company wants someone for a job, You have an advanced college degree vs someone who has just gone to  high school. The job will usually go to you (The person with the better education) this can also work against you as if you apply for a job and are too qualified the company will think that you will want more money and choose the other person.
