I just read the lesson and it says "Lower your viewpoint. (In other words, tilt your camera down a little.) In some cases, adding foreground interest is as simple as getting a lower viewpoint so that there are foreground items included in the image. Think of a photograph of a mountain. Many people take pictures of the peaks, the tops of the mountains, but they don't include the area around the mountains in the photograph. Imagine you are photographing a mountain peak and then you tilt the camera down a little to lower your viewpoint. The mountain becomes the background and the foreground might include a flower, a tree, or some stones."
