4. Engaging your audience in meaningful activities can be the most difficult part of a presentation. It can also, however, be the most rewarding. When you are planning for
interactivity with your audience, two factors should be taken into account, the size of
the audience and the presentation space. We have already looked at a smart room in
question 3 of the analyze portion of this exercise. Now, for this question, imagine
that you are giving a presentation on your company's customer relations philosophy
in this room. Describe an exercise that would be appropriate for this setting and
context.
