This must be done in LMC Machine Language Programming Project #3 This is the third of 3 programs that will be written for this class.
This program #3, you are required to develop a program that controls a traffic light. There are North/South lanes and East/West lanes.
The North/South lanes have a left hand signal. The left turn is enabled by digits 0, 5, 10, 15. Yes the output is somewhat Cryptic however for an example why not Please noticed this is a continuous loop program. At the beginning, and not part of the loop, 2 values are entered for N/S green time and W/E time Time in this program is the number of loops the software must make. A light turning yellow is 3 loop times. And the N/S left turn time is 1/3 of the user provided N/S green time
This program is subject to creeping featurism.
It is easy to run out of space. Keep focused
