Write a generic class the implements a queue. A queue is a First-In-First-Out container (FIFO). It is used to queue jobs for processing in the order they are received. An example of a queue is a printer queue. One printer, with several users sending print jobs simultaneously. The print queue manages the jobs for the printer, storing print jobs and sending them to the printer one at a time.
