According to our textbook for this course, much of an organizations data is provided externally. For example, customers may provide their contact details, suppliers may provide product information, integrations to third parties can provide data used by the organization, etc. In this course, we used data sourced from Data. gov (the College Scorecard dataset) to create our own database. However, we had little control of this external data. In our scenario (introduced in Written Assignment 10), our organization will be using this data to make underwriting decisions for student loans. The quality of this data is extremely important, but there are clearly gaps and perhaps some erroneous data. For this assignment:
Develop a plan for performing a data profile analysis on this database. Base your plan on the eight characteristics of quality data, other concepts introduced in this unit, and business rules you will need to create for this assignment
