Swana Group is a group of young girls and boys at John Public Academy. They are very passionate about bringing change in society with their contribution to social work. They want to automate their
schedule of meetings that they have three times a week specifically Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
These meetings are headed by three group heads and one head can lead only one meeting at an instance
while other group heads will not attend that meeting. Also, specifically five meetings will occur on these
days.
The names (according to the agenda) are Meeting A (4-5 PM) is Cleanliness Drive, Meeting B (4:30-
5:30 PM) is Physical Health Care, Meeting C (5-6 PM) is Administration and Management, Meeting
D (5-6 PM) is Plantation Drive and Meeting E (5:30-6:30 PM) is Mental Health Care.
Meetings C and D can be lead by Sania, Meetings B, C, D, E can be lead by Ikram and Meetings A, B, C,
D ,E can be lead by Faisal.
