The supplier found that the number of NOT gate is enough. However, AND gate and OR gate are
about to run out, and so they can only supply either one of them. The supplier can offer plenty of
NAND gate to replace instead By changing one or up to two logic gates (ie AND gate or OR gate or
both), revised your circuit so that the new design which meet the same result please help me
